Pudding, Pretzel and Puff Recipes

Puddings
Honestly haven’t had many of these. Im still trying them out. I have heard that they are kind of gritty, we shall see.

Vanilla Pudding ~
Lemon Mousse Crunch
(makes 2 meals)
1 pkg. Sugar Free Lemon Jell-O
1-cup water, boiling
2 ice cubes
6 oz. Water, cold
1 pkg. Vanilla pudding Medifast
1 Medifast Lemon Bar
Put Jell-O in a bowl, add boiling water, and stir until gelatin dissolves.
Add two (2) ice cubes and stir until ice melts. Refrigerate until almost gelled.
Remove from refrigerator and beat with electric mixer until frothy.

Mix Vanilla Medifast in 6 oz. of water, slowly add to frothy gelatin mix and blend.
Chop up Lemon Crunch Bar in small pieces and fold into gelatin mix.
Spoon mixture into serving dishes.

Chocolate Pudding ~Ok, so I made this the first time by the package in my shaker (with the wire whisk in it) jar. Within a minute it was perfect!! I usually stick in back in the fridge, just to chill it more, and enjoy in about 5 minutes.

~Try the recipe above with the chocolate pudding, raspberry sugar free jello and a chocolate crunch bar, everything else the same. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

Banana Pudding~
Yummy just the way it is. It was surprisingly tasty.

Pretzels, Puffs and Bites
Honey Mustard Pretzels~
~ good by themselves. I like to treat myself sometimes and grab about a tablespoon of low fat cream cheese, warm it up for about 15 seconds in the microwave and then dip the pretzels in it. Talk about scrape the bowl clean!

Parmasean Puffs~ ~ good, stick to your teeth like cheetos do so make sure you have something to drink and a toothpick if needed. They are worth it so don’t fret.

BBQ Bites~ ~ seriously good just by themselves!!!

Chili Nacho Cheese Puffs~
~Not bad, but they are being discontinued, so dont get addicted to them.

Cheese Pizza Bites~
~Surprisingly good. These would be good with a little laughing cow cheese to dip in, but again, yummy by themselves.
